Total price for all 3 classes is $1,630.00. A great price for a set of comprehensive classes designed to get you started in the business. These classes have been improved over the past 12 years to include many of the skills/knowledge sets you need to get working. We also offer other classes once you get going to keep you current with changing fashions like metallic textures and venetian plasters.
The Faux Design Series classes are set up so you can take as little as two
days and as much as five days in a row of classes is the art
and business of decorative painting.
Contractors can send their people here for training without
concern that pricing and estimating will be discussed because
that is only covered in a separate Business Class .
Faux Design
I
Professional
series - Beginner - Monday & Tuesday
An intensive class designed for painters, paper-hangers,
aspiring faux painters, artists and homeowners with painting
knowledge but no or little experiance in wall glazing. You
will learn a variety of popular faux wall finishes, achieving
professional results using professional acrylic glazes.

Faux Essentials
Basic painting course - Wednesday
| This is a course on the basics of professional painting. Everyone knows how to roll on latex paint but do you know the proper primers for all conditions? |

Topics covered include paint and primer basics, brush and roller selection, plaster and filler how to, dropcloths, ladders, scaffolding, wallpaper removal, etc. Essential knowledge that you won't find at Home Depot.

Faux Design
II -
Professional
Series - intermediate/advanced Thursday & Friday
A compacted workshop designed for working professionals wishing
to add top selling decorative and faux finishes to their repertoire.
Learn more about specialty tools of the trade and tricks of
the decorative painting trade.
This class is suitable for students who have taken Faux Design
Level I, or those artisans who have worked with glazes before
and just want to enhance their portfolios with more professional
finishes. Water-based acrylic
